First, please confirm you purchased the correct item - character, skin, bundle. You can do so by checking our Store, or by checking your collection. If you confirmed that you didn't get the item, don't worry! Both your A-coin and NP usage are recorded in the system.
So, after checking you didn't get your purchased item, please contact us with the following information:
- In-game nickname or UID
- Date of purchase
- Purchased content - character, skin, bundle, etc.
※ If it's an NP purchase, please include the NP package name and full receipt, with transaction ID visible
※ If you send your nickname only, please do not change it while our support team is looking into this issue.
