We offer a lot of content in our game, and there are 3 types of currencies used:
A-coin: free currency, which you can get by completing daily missions, and after each match.
NP: premium currency, you can buy NP in our shop.
Event NP: premium currency, works just like NP, but has an expiration date. You can obtain them through announced events.
If players aren't happy with their purchases, we're more than happy to issue a refund. Check below what we can refund and their respective policies:
NP: refundable if content hasn't been used and within 7 days of purchase date. If NP was spent, we're unable to process the refund. Please contact us with the following information:
Steam: send us the following:
- Your in-game nickname (do not change your nickname while we process the refund)
- Full Steam receipt (found in your mail)
Please give us a 24h time frame to process the refund completely.
Microsoft Store: we can't process Microsoft Store purchases. Please refer to this article: Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund.
Characters: refundable if content hasn't been used and within 7 days of purchase date. If character was purchased using Event NP, we're unable to process the refund. Please contact us with the following information:
- Your in-game nickname (do not change your nickname while we process the refund)
- Character you'd like to refund
- If character was purchased using NP and Event NP, let us know if you're ok receiving just the non-event NP back.
Skins: refundable if content hasn't been used and within 7 days of purchase date. If skin was purchased using Event NP, we're unable to process the refund.

- Skin you'd like to refund
- If skin was purchased using NP and Event NP, let us know if you're ok receiving just the non-event NP back.
Emote: refundable if content hasn't been used and within 7 days of purchase date. If emote was purchased using Event NP, we're unable to process the refund.

- Emote you'd like to refund
- If emote was purchased using NP and Event NP, let us know if you're ok receiving just the non-event NP back.
Saved Plan Slot: non-refundable.
Nickname changes: non-refundable.
New Augment Slot: non-refundable.
Bundles: refundable if content is still unclaimed - as in, it's in the in-game mailbox. If bundle has been claimed, or purchased with Event NP, we're unable to process the refund.
